Michael is a professional engineer and graduate of the University of Toronto (1985). He has an over 40-year career in founding companies and taking them public, up to $1 billion in market capitalisation.
He founded a company in a university alliance that developed technology using platinum group elements and filed patents; that technology is now in commercialisation.
Jamie is an accomplished project manager and operations executive with 20+ years’ experience, and has held senior management positions across the UK, Australia, Africa and Canada.
He has played a pivotal role in the foundation, restructuring and operational management of private and publicly listed companies. Jamie holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance.
Mark is a Director of Mining Investments at a leading mining specialist investor in London, with over 10 years’ investing and corporate finance experience in North America, South America, Australia and Africa.
He works across a number of extractive industries including copper, precious metals and lithium, and is an active board member with a number of listed companies globally.
Oliver is CEO of AIM-listed Guardian Metal Resources plc and has spent over twelve years in the mining and oil & gas sectors, working in various technical and corporate roles.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in geology from the University of British Columbia and an MSc focusing on sedimentology from Simon Fraser University. He has been actively involved in mining and mineral exploration since 2010, primarily in Canada, the United States, Australia and Africa.
