What we collect and why

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, organisation (optional) and the content of your message, so that we can respond to your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries made to us.

Who processes it

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Contact form submissions are relayed to us by a form-delivery service and delivered by email. Each acts as our processor under contract. Some of these providers process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no more than 24 months.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The Montserrat typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver the font files; all other assets are served from our own hosting.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, or to raise a concern, contact us using the details on the contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
